1.Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using any CoolTech software — including Finish It Quick — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our software. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2.License to use
CoolTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the software without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Remove or alter any branding, copyright, or license notices.
- Share, resell, or tamper with license keys issued to you.
3.Acceptable use
Our software automates keystrokes and generates text on your behalf. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for any content you produce. You agree not to use CoolTech software to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or the rules of a platform, school, employer, or service you interact with.
- Commit fraud, impersonation, academic dishonesty, or misrepresent automated output as something it is not where doing so is prohibited.
- Create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of any system.
You're in control. Finish It Quick acts only when you start it and types only what you provide. Make sure your use complies with the rules of wherever you're typing.
4.Payments, tiers & refunds
Some features are unlocked through one-time purchases (such as the Pro and Max tiers). Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future purchases. One-time purchases are tied to the license key you receive. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law — if something isn't working, contact us and we'll try to make it right.
5.AI-generated content
Our AI text generator produces drafts based on the prompts you provide. Generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI output before relying on it. CoolTech makes no guarantee about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content.
6.Disclaimers
CoolTech software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or application.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoolTech and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of — or inability to use — our software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim.
8.Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it.
Privacy Policy
The short version: The text you type and generate stays on your device, except when AI generation requires sending your prompt to our service. We don't sell your data, and we keep what we collect to a minimum.
1.Information we collect
- Content you create. The text you paste into the auto-typer is processed locally on your device and is not sent to us. When you use the AI generator, the prompt you submit is transmitted to our service (or our AI provider) to produce a response.
- License & purchase info. If you buy a paid tier, our payment processor handles your payment details; we receive a confirmation and your license key, not your full card information.
- Basic technical data. We may collect limited, non-identifying information such as app version, operating system, and error reports to keep the software working and to enforce AI usage limits.
2.How we use information
- To provide and operate the software and its AI features.
- To process purchases and activate license keys.
- To enforce fair-use limits (such as AI generations per minute on each tier).
- To diagnose problems, improve performance, and prevent abuse.
3.How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor and AI provider — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our service.
4.Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. AI prompts are processed to generate a response and are not used to build a profile of you. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5.Your choices & rights
- You can stop all local processing simply by closing or uninstalling the app.
- You can choose not to use the AI generator, in which case no prompt content is sent to us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
